Personality: Fon is the Arcobaleno of Storm, and contrary to most other people who are compatible with the storm flame, he is a very calm person. He never seem to become angry, and there is a slight, constant smile perched on his lips. In this smile, there can be detected no traces of hidden menace or sinister feelings. He is a genuinely caring person, who is just as much a truly kind and gentle person. No matter who the one it concerns is, he cares for anyone who is not a true enemy. He is polite, always using words of respect or, if the person is particularly close, words of familiarity. He has a calming air around him, which makes it easy for people to relax in his presence. His smile does not show any intimidation, and not even his enemies seem to fear him until they find out exactly who he is – that is, the invincible martial artist Fon of the Arcobaleno. Even if the person himself (skinny, overly pretty, kind) does not seem to impose danger, the name does enough to intimidate people. Or thrill them, if they have been wanting to fight him to see if he really is as strong as the rumours says he is.

He is a very patient person, and during quarrels, he tries to not take one side. Instead, he listen closely to both sides of the story before saying what he thinks. In his reasoning, he tries to be fair, without taking any side and to not make anyone feel pushed aside in the matter. He can, by paying close attention, often deduct what exactly happened, and in a calm way, he tries to help solving the problem. He is experienced with the world, and knows a lot about many different things. Because of this, he is also a very good teacher, and good with children. Gor example he has a 5-year-old student called I-Pin, who studies under him in China and lives in Japan.

Still, he does not forgive the ones who hurt the ones precious to him. He will protect those important to him, no matter what. If someone does indeed hurt those he care for, or hurt innocent people, his reply will be that of a smiling rage. The smile widens just enough, in a way to turn very scary on his normally kind face, and it is possible to see that he does not appreciate what you just did. And this time, a scolding is not enough.

While he is working in the field, he often work in disguise. This is a convenient way of collecting information and melting into the environment. At least while he is in Japan, he runs a portable gyouza stand, where he pretend to be a man who speak poor Japanese and therefore do not say very much. But his as always calm aura make it easy for people to talk to him; they don't even know that he can understand every word that they say. But he has also used disguises to hide that he is an arcobaleno, as most people would take note of a baby wandering around with such an air of calm maturity. And sometimes you simply do not want to draw attention to yourself.

There seem to be nothing that he is scared of, although some situations can leave him somewhat perplexed. Like finding out the true reason for the Arcobaleno – no one wishes to be used and killed, after all. But even in the most scary situations, he still tends to smile; unless there is a reason not to, like someone being badly hurt. In those cases a concerned frown will appear on his face instead. He does not even fear death, because he is an assassin, but he takes calm decisions based on good judgment and proper information, because he does not plan to die needlessly.

Fon is a nerd for martial arts, and sometimes get caught up in talking about it, without even realizing that he might be talking about it too much. But he is very proud of his martial arts, and while he might not entirely think that martial arts are superior to illusions, he thinks that it sounds pretty boring to be holed up playing mind  games, so sometimes people can misunderstand and think that he thinks martial arts are superior. Rather, his is interested to know the truth about this. He is not afraid of admitting when someone is a good fighter, and is not ashamed to admit when someone got in a blow on him; he can be impressed, rather. He is also aware of his status as the best martial artist in the world, and he doesn't mind mentioning it if it comes up. He won't brag, though, because he's not a conceited person. He just has a bit of a competitive streak that makes him want to be even stronger than he was before, and is proud to be undefeated.

He thinks that people are too obsessed with money, and that if you let it go to your head, your heart will go black and rot. He is not very materialistic, and is more of a "mind over matter" kind of person. Owning things is not as important to him as having a healthy mind and body is. Sure, a set of clothes and maybe a change of clothes and food might be important, but more important are people to hold dear, a sound mind, and a healthy look on life.

While he is a great teacher, medic, and cook, he is not as good at bringing up children. Now, he's not a bad guardian or pseudo-parent, but he is known for his martial arts, and not for his skills in raising kids. I-Pin, for example, has been taught everything about gyouza-ken, reading and writing, but there are gaps. How do you bring up a little girl, anyway? Fon knows little about things girls like or how they work, and is of little use when it comes to feminine matters. No kid raised by Fon would go without learning martial arts of some sort, but would unfortunately lack a bit of worldly knowledge.

☆INTERSTELLAR

Chosen Powers: 60 MP of his storm flames. The Dying Will Flames are like ki or lifeforce that can be manifested and controlled. You can cover an item in flames and strengthen your abilities with it.

 

Storm Flames has the characteristic of Disintegration, which has the ability to cause great damage. It can break through other flame attacks, serve as a shield against other flames by minimizing their attacks, and boost the power of an attack. It portrays the destructive nature of storm.

 

Fon has the ability to control these flames without any items, having trained to be a non-weapon fighter, and can unleash the energy of his Storm Flames with his bare hands. He uses them as an extention to his marial arts, to make his blows even more damaging than they already are.

 

Besides the Flames raw form of a red fire, however, Fon can turn the flames into other shapes than flames, such as the Chinese dragon that it looks like when he uses his Exploding Lotus Kempo, which is a very destructive blow that can break through objects and not just Flames thanks to the power of the Disintegration.

Chosen Equipment: Although I'm not sure where to put this, he as a tiny pet monkey as a partner that always goes everywhere with him. It's a completely normal monkey with no specific powers, although she is clever and well-mannered
Relevant Skills: Fon is an insanely strong martial artist, who can fight very well and is really strong even without the storm flames, and he is even able to stop bullets with his bare hands. He knows 108 different types of martial arts, some invented by him personally. One of the techniques he uses is called the Exploding Gale Fist which makes him able to fight at incredible speeds and is able to react and move in microseconds and with the accuracy of micromillimeters.
Character Goals: Several of his aquaintances has been kidnapped so he's there to rescue them. He would help out even if they weren't kidnapped, though.
